It's the program they use to change pictures to make them look different, strange, weird, cool, whatever. Adds make-up, rainbow hair, or whatever else strikes their fancy. Nate can take over my computer from his room and do all sorts of stuff to pictures of, say, Chelsea, while Sarah sits there laughing hysterically.
